Once recieved, can I return my Kickstarter or Indiegogo pledged items? Follow

In accordance with the Kickstarter and Indiegogo terms of service there are no refunds or returns on crowdfunded rewards or pledges. Your support in helping launch this product means the world to us, but the rates we offered do not have the profit margin required to support a return or refund policy. 

Your product is of course covered by our 1 year manufacturers warranty and you may purchase up to 3 years of extended coverage via Extend. You'll receive an email from us about that program before you receive your items.
